SEND and EAL: Working with children and young people who speak English as an additional language
This course aims to explore the complex interaction between SEND and English as an additional language (EAL). The aim of this course is to understand the development of bi- and multilingual children and the interaction this can have on social and cognitive development. A range of strategies to assess and support children with EAL and SEN will be introduced.
