Promoting positive futures for all children and young people
Training and support catered towards families and the community
The Bigger Picture Training Company helps parents, carers, and guardians by providing friendly and trusted training on a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN) and wellbeing topics. Promoting positive futures for all children and young people is at the heart of our training.
Our trainers have worked with families in their roles as educational and healthcare professionals, and have seen the challenges families can experience in seeking the right support for their child.
By combining psychological theory and real-life experiences, our training supports families in seeing ‘the bigger picture’ around a need or barrier. By adopting a more holistic approach to understanding and supporting SEN, each training package will engage, educate, and empower families.

“The training yesterday on Emotion Coaching was brilliant, and very informative, whilst at the same time engaging. What particularly resonated with me was when you explored the importance of the worker’s own emotional capacity to do this, and I really appreciated the value and recognition placed on to this area.”
